50 Right inner leg lifts
Oh shit… what *did* I eat today?
Breakfast: fried bananas
Snack: apples with cinnamon and stevia (apple pie filling)
Lunch: spinach and arugala salad with dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds. And catalina dressing
Snack: roasted carrots (2)
Dinner: 2 chicken apple sausages
Dessert: 2 Tblspn of Enjoy Life’s chocolate chunks
Today was full of errands and phone calls.
