Day 31 of the 45 Day Paleo Challenge
Wednesday: I did the 3rd day of the Roller Derby Athletics Booty Quake 5days/week. I was supposed to add this to my tread mill work out — that didn’t happen.
I seriously have had an awfully busy week and haven’t written down my food intake. I’m an awful blogger this week.
I have been getting progressively more sore. Damn these awesome workouts.
