Day 30 of the 45 Day Paleo Challenge
I didn’t workout this morning like I was supposed too… I will do it on top of my cardio tomorrow… and I won’t be able to walk on Thursday or Friday.
Breakfast: nothing was feeling blah.
Lunch: Large Pomegranate Paradise from Jamba Juice
Snack: egg salad with pickles mixed in with handful of fresh blueberries
Dinner: Sloppy Joes with carrot chips that I found at a store — they were OK.
Today was a super long day. I’m exhausted and I’m going to bed — to repeat tomorrow.
