Day 24 of the 45 Day Paleo Challenge
I did my workout this morning on the treadmill I finished my mile in 17:15min!! Woot Woot!!
Eating was all over the place today. No set meals; mostly snacks consisting of egg whites, banana, kiwi, sliced apples with cinnamon, and dinner was a stir fry. It was good… but could have been better.
Stir fry had apple chicken sausages, cabbage, kale, artichoke hearts, and tomatoes.
Today I’m feeling blah — and run down. But I can’t seem to get into bed before midnight and I need to be up every morning at 6am. Also, I’m not napping during the day… soooo… what the heck? When I start to feel like this I make poor choices in my food decisions.
