Day 23 of the 45 Day Paleo Challenge
Workout: Roller Derby Athletics— from their Booty Quake 5day/week Program. I heart these girls! Today I did Day 2.
Snack: sliced apple with cinnamon and handful of cashews
Lunch: nothing directly; breakfast was late again and then I was out running errands and I didn’t get home until it was nearly snack time anyway.
Snack: handful of cashews and 2 whole egg whites
Dinner: Irish Boiled Dinner (Corned Beef and Cabbage) <— sorry no pictures I devoured it.
I’m sore from the workout this morning. Tomorrow will be a real treat.
