Day 15 of the 45 Day Paleo Challenge
It is the start of week 3!!! I’m so excited about this week. At the end I will be over 1/2 way!!
I worked out on the treadmill. 22min total. 20min at 3mi/hr. 1min at 2mi/hr. 1min at 1mi/hr. I felt like I needed to start running during my workout today. Weird. Maybe I will kick up the speed on Wednesday?
I ate sporadically again throughout the day.
Breakfast: sliced apple with cinnamon.
Snack: Seriously who
Lunch: can remember
Dinner: shit, when you are busy!!
Today was so busy; I have many things I need to accomplish over the next few days and I feel a little overwhelmed. I’m fairly certain I’m going to drop a ball or two during this week. Trying to balance everything and still make meals is going to make me crazy…
