Day 14 of the 45 Day Paleo Challenge
Woke up feeling better than yesterday, thank God.
No workout, per se. I did pressure wash 1/2 the house and cleaned and organized the back patio though — so maybe that counts, a little?
Breakfast: Not sure I ate? (Crap, I hate when this happens!)
Snack: 1 egg, scrambled
Lunch: Tuna, with Paleo mayo, and diced dill pickle mixed in
Snack: 2 stalks of celery, one sliced apple with cinnamon
Dinner: can of mandarin oranges and 2 Aidell’s chicken and apple sausages.
Today was pretty good all in all. A win for the hubby’s team in the Super Bowl today!! Go Hawks!! I’m a New England fan through and through… hubby married into that craziness. But I support the SeaHawks too… marriage is a two way street with compromise, right?!
