Day 4 of the 45 Day Paleo Challenge
Here it is. Day 4. I’m over 1/2 way in week 1.
I woke up this morning with sore muscles. And an overall OK attitude. I initially felt like I could have crawled back into bed and napped for a few more hours.
Snack: 2 egg in pepper “flowers”, 3 bacon slices, and a small slice of my blueberry scone.
Lunch: Again, snacking on randomness. What do I want? Trail mix, blech. Carrot Fries? – nope. Meatballs? nah. My stomach is hungry. My mouth says don’t put anything in — unless you want to have it spit back onto the plate. Great. I’m not sick or nauseous — I just don’t think I’m eating what my body wants — probably snacky and comfort foods. blah. Oh and water.
Dinner: Red and Yellow bell peppers with salt. Butternut squash. And 2 Chicken and Mango GF sausages from Aidell’s brand. Water.
Working out didn’t happen today. I’m on it tomorrow. No more excuses. I gotta do this!
Overall today was another busy day. I left good little sore in my thigh muscles through-out the day My mood was more stable than yesterday. But I don’t feel like I ate enough, maybe?
