Day 2 of 45 day Paleo Challenge

Well, it is now day two. I have struggled all day with a mild headache. I’m drinking enough water, I’m eating enough food, not caffeine withdrawals — I’m drinking tea, I’m sure this is the beginning of the detox. I woke up this morning and felt *blah*. What the f*ck does that mean?! I don’t know how to explain it exactly — I woke up feeling foggy, run down, and unmotivated.

I did workout this morning:
20 Chair squats
20 L Squat
20 R Squat
10 push ups
10sec plank (forgot how much these f*cking suck)
10 push ups
30sec plank (yea, these still suck)
50 L inner leg lifts
50 R inner leg lifts
10 supermans

Breakfast: Banana (I ate later than normal this morning — threw off the rest of my eating schedule for the day)

Snack: Tri-color pepper rings with eggs in the center (4 in total). 2 pieces of bacon. (No pictures today — I scarfed down my food like a wild carnivorous animal). Here is a picture and link from the interweb:

Lunch: I ate so late in the morning that I didn’t have an actual lunch.

Snack: 2 kiwi fruits and a handful of mixed nuts. I specifically went to the store last night to buy mixed nuts WITHOUT f*cking peanuts. I read all the labels and compared all the prices. I settled on my brand and left.

Are those, mother-loving peanuts?!?!

Mother-trucker I bought one with peanuts?!?!

I re-read the label — first ingredient? PEA-FUCKING-NUTS!!!


I personally plucked out all the peanuts because I was a dumb ass.

Dinner: Sloppy Joes and green peppers.
